He was allegedly found behind the wheel of a car, unconscious while at a green light. Now, 49-year-old Alvin Baylon is facing a charge of Driving While Impaired as a misdemeanor. 

According to court documents, at about 3:50 a.m., Nov. 19, police discovered Baylon inside a CR-V stopped in Harmon. Baylon appeared unconscious with the car idling and his foot on the brake. Police noted the smell of alcohol from Baylon who appeared drunk, slurring his speech with bloodshot, watery eyes. 

He allegedly told police he drank three beers and when he was offered to take a field sobriety test, Baylon allegedly said, "Just take me to jail sir," court documents state.
