Federal prosecutors continue to see drugs being smuggled in through the mail.

That’s what was said in court today during sentencing for a couple who admitted to their roles of smuggling meth from California to Guam.

The pair was spared jail time.

Connie Tedtaotao got two years probation.

Tedtaotao was emotional when she told the court she was really sorry and only did it to help someone else in need.

Ernest Quenga was also sentenced, telling the court he knew he was wrong.

The case involved more than 50 grams of the drug the feds intercepted in the mail in 2015.
