Twice acquitted of sexual assault allegations.

Former police officer at the Port Authority of Guam and spiritual healer Frank "Ko" San Nicolas is getting his job back.

San Nicolas also is getting more than $156,000 in back pay. That’s the amount he would’ve been paid had the port never fired him.

He will also get about $40,000 in legal fees for the Civil Service Commission appeal. The appeal has since been withdrawn since reaching the settlement.

Port General Manager Rory Respicio told the board today San Nicolas was not wrongfully terminated, as his firing was a result of the magistrate complaints, and the court order that he could no longer carry a gun and was placed on house arrest.

Respicio added San Nicolas’ return will be as if he never left.
