Man allegedly threw can of chili at one victim, smashed other victim's car window

Already on pretrial release for aggravated assault and family violence, 44-year-old Terry Reyes Lane was arrested again on similar charges. 

According to a magistrate's complaint, on Sept. 26, Lane allegedly threw an open can of chili and began to yell and throw other things in the home. 

He then allegedly left the home with a knife in the victim's car. Lane then allegedly smashed the driver's side window of another car and was seen holding the large knife. 

According to KUAM News files, Lane is already on pretrial release for a January case involving other alleged violent acts.
