Man was allegedly combative throughout arrest
It began as fight - and after seeking medical attention from police twice, Dean Lawerence Carbone Santos was arrested.
According to court documents, on Sept. 26, 28-year-old Santos was reportedly rude after seeking medical attention at the Guam Regional Medical City and became combative after being told he was arrested for mutual combat.
Santos allegedly scuffled with police for 10 minutes and even tried to escape, court documents state. He was continuously combative through transport, kicking an open door and threatening, "I'm coming for you!"
Santos also is accused of shoving an officer and kicking them in the stomach. He had to be dry stunned to gain compliance but continued to kick and scream for another eight minutes, court documents state.
He was charged with Assault Against a Apeace Officer and Resisting Arrest.
