A man involved in the May shooting at the Paseo parking lot appeared before Magistrate Judge Johnathan Quan today in court. 

As KUAM News reported, 23-year-old Narson Marsian is one of several men involved in the incident at Paseo where they allegedly swung machetes, damaged vehicles, and chased individuals. 

He is pleading not guilty to three counts of Aggravated Assault, Reckless Conduct and Disorderly Conduct. He also asserted his right to a speedy trial.

Presiding Judge Alberto Lamorena will be overseeing the next hearing.
