Paul Camacho allegedly strangled, kicked victim in the face

Officers from the Guam Police Department responded to a Mangilao residence in the early morning of June 12.
Thirty-five-year-old Paul Christopher Manglona Camacho is accused of strangling a woman known to him and threatening that, "she will be six feet under."
According to a magistrate's complaint, Camacho allegedly blocked the front door and held a hunting knife, while the victim yelled for someone to call the police through the kitchen window. She was also holding her 3-year-old son. Camacho then allegedly began choking her and covering her mouth to stop her from yelling after she refused to give him her phone.
The report further alleges that Camacho let go of the victim, kicked her in the face, then grabbed a comforter and placed it on her face for about four seconds.
According to the complaint, "As Camacho spoke with police, he was frantic, hyper state. He was very talkative and repeatedly smacked his lips, ground his teeth, and twitched his neck erratically.
He is charged with Strangulation as a third-degree felony and Family Violence as a third-degree felony.
