Lucian George accused of burglarizing residences

Twenty-four-year-old Lucian Maritita George was arrested and charged with two counts of Burglary as a second-degree felony, Theft as a second-degree felony and Theft by Receiving as a third-degree felony.
According to court documents, a pair of burglaries were reported in Dededo leading to George.
On April 7, a victim reported several items stolen, including an iPad and tools. On April 8, another victim reported missing items from their home. The victim said they also received messages from an ex-husband that a person was seen stealing from her home. The victim was given sent a photo of man peering into a car and a license plate number to a Toyota Tercel that was in the driveway.
Also on April 8, a man reported they discovered a person inside his shed, later identified as George. George was driving a green Tercel and told the man he was looking for a chicken coop.
George was later found in the same car with items stolen in the first two burglaries in his car. When asked why he had trespassed in one victim's shed, he said he was "just checking for stuff" and didn't see a no trespassing sign.
