Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero during her daily press briefing today on Guam's ongoing battle against coronavirus clarified who will be eligible for her new COVID Differential Pay Program.

"Unclassified employees working in the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, agency directors and deputy directors will be excluded from the differential pay policy, except if they're assigned duties require risk of exposure," she explained.

According to an executive order signed by the chief executive, essential employees eligible for the COVID differential pay will be paid 10-25% of their wages, based on their level of exposure to the virus.
