Judge frustrated with no-show defendant Teregeyo cooperating with feds
Judge Anita Sukola said, "I cannot wait for Uncle Sam over here to see what's happening across the street."
That statement made during a hearing for Vickilynn Teregeyo's, who was a no show in her courtroom this morning.
Judge Sukola asked both parties "are you aware the client is not even in Saipan?" According to Teregeyo's NMI federal case, she was granted travel to the Philippines.
As we've reported Teregeyo is in cooperation with the feds in Yona Mayor Jesse Blas' federal court case, has since been identified as the initial complainant in that case.
The Office of the Attorney General informed Judge Sukola that the defendant plans to enter a plea for the local charges with conditions to run concurrently with her federal case. Judge Sukola scheduled another hearing for Jan. 31, 2020
