Kenneth James allegedly hit man with computer monitor, forced his way into woman's home
Denied a room at a hotel, Kenneth James, 31, allegedly became so upset he picked up a computer monitor and hit the attendant over the head with it.
Court documents state James attempted to rent a hotel room on Nov. 28 and when they did not allow him to check in he said, "What, you think you're better than me," and then assaulted the man.
That same day, police responded to a residence in Tamuning at about ll:30 p.m. for a burglary complaint. The victim told police James had kicked in her door and was inside her residence. While she knew James, the victim did not authorize him to enter her home, court documents state.
He was charged with Aggravated Assault, Criminal Trespass and Criminal mischief.
