In Superior Court, the Office of the Attorney General made an oral motion to dismiss drug defendant Cynthia Paulino from her local court case, and Judge Anita Sukola granted it.

She was arrested following a drug raid by the Mandana Drug Task Force on Halloween last year. In Agana Heights, Paulino confessed to selling and using drugs. Officers learned that she kept a safe deposit box that had $510,000 in case from drug proceeds.

Today, Paulino's case was dismissed because she has entered a plea in district court for a similar matter.

As we've reported the 45-year-old woman pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver more than 50 grams of meth. She faces a sentence of 10 years to life in prison, however, she has yet to be sentenced. Paulino's next court appearance is in district court in January.
