Judge orders Jesse Margeson serve sentence consecutively
He did not challenge the government's sentencing request, however, Judge Francis Tydingco Gatewood did.
Defendant Jesse Margeson appeared in district court and was sentenced to 21 months in prison followed by a three year supervised release term.
It was in May 2014 Margeson called in a hoax bomb threat.
Today in federal court, the defendant requested for his sentence to run concurrent with his local jail time and the government agreed to the terms, however, the court ultimately denied the request and his federal sentence was ordered to run consecutively.
Margeson has three years and 11 months behind bars for a robbery case that he entered a plea agreement on in superior court. As well a pending burglary case that he is scheduled to enter a plea for at the end of this month.
