David Sablan, Cecile Suda and Roland Selvidge head to trial this week in Superior Court. The jury was selected today in Judge Anita Sukola's courtroom.

Tomorrow, opening statements from both parties are expected to begin. The three defendants are former Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority Board Members who face conspiracy charges as a misdemeanor.

They are accused of holding secret board meetings that included discussions of how to vote on awards for millions of dollars worth of low-income housing tax credits in 2012.
