NWS says funnel cloud wasn't a tornado

Check out this viewer submitted video of a funnel cloud that was swirling over what appears to be the Barrigada area around 4:30 p.m Thursday.

According to National Weather Service Hydrometeorological Technician Jim Ellis although the cloud looks the same while it's in the air as a tornado, it wasn't a tornado.

He says the funnel cloud was from water vapor condensing from the updraft of a storm.
