After posting $25,000 cash bail, an indictment was handed down against 48-year-old Leyton Borja.

Borja is charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with intent to deliver as a first degree felony and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance as a third degree felony.

He was arrested last month during a drug bust in Dededo.

As we've reported, the raid was based on "intelligence" that he had been distributing meth out of his house and that police would be able to find drugs around where he keeps his fighting chickens. During the search officers allegedly found about two grams of meth near a chicken coop. They recovered two boxes of latex gloves, a digital scale, two cell phones and an SD card.

During his bail hearing last week, Borja was ordered by the court to check in five times weekly.
