Defendants in Dededo drug raid expected to enter plea agreements
The remaining four defendants in a drug raid case are expected to enter plea agreements this month.
Jeric Aradanas, Miguelito Bataclan, Ramil Gonzalez, Ronald Bayon, and Madonna Maguelfor were all arrested in July. They were indicted for possession of a schedule two controlled substance with intent to deliver.
As we've reported Aradanas signed a change of plea agreement that sentences two years of probation.
The remaining defendants appeared in court today, and have all been offered a change of plea agreement, that is currently under review. In court, it was stated that they all intend to sign.
Judge Anita Sukola scheduled a return for Sept. 20.
