This afternoon, the second Guam Family Recovery Program or celebrated five graduates, one hybrid partner, and their families.

The six individuals completed all of the program requirements and were honored for the achievement in a special graduation program at the Guam Judicial Center.

According to Family Court referee Linda Ingles, "the graduates have accumulated 2,412 clean days between them and all these parents have been reunited with their children in less than the statutory period of two years."

Together 21 children are being positively impacted.

The program began in November 2017 and currently, there are 17 individuals enrolled.
