U.S. Coast Guard member arrested after allegedly flashing woman, children
A U.S. Coast Guard member was arrested and charged with indecent exposure as a third degree felony and misdemeanor.

On July 6th GPD officers responded to a report at fish eye marine park in Piti. The victim, a mother, with her four children went to the marina to swim. According to the victim she and her youngest child were looking outside the underwater window when Schild allegedly swam up and exposed his privates.
