National Defense Authorization Act version includes funding for Guam military projects

News from the nation's capital--House Armed Services Committee Chairperson Adam Smith today released his version of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.

Specific to Guam, the measure contains appropriations for the following projects: Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, EOD Compound Facilities, Machine Gun Range, Munitions Storage Igloos, and funding for the Xray Wharf Refueling Facility.

The House Armed Services Committee is scheduled to consider the Chairman Smith's proposal Thursday, Guam time.
