Last month, vandals damaged classrooms, left graffiti markings and took off with several items at Simon Sanchez High School.

Now, two teens are being tried as adults for their alleged involvement in the burglary.

Tommy Amanto and Jayson Sowas are charged with burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

Court documents state police noted 13 rooms had been damaged at the campus back on Jan. 11. They apparently used a pick-ax to get inside. One witness told authorities four boys had been bragging about the incident and even showed off a stolen iPad.

The burglary was caught on the school's video surveillance. One of the suspect's admitted to police that some of the stolen items were exchanged for marijuana.
