Ten years.  That's how much time David Michael Sare will spend in a federal jail.

Sare and his then-girlfriend Katlyn Scully were busted at the Guam airport two years ago. They had planned to bring the drugs from California to sell on Guam.

KUAM files show Scully was arriving from Honolulu when she was stopped by customs officers due to her anxious behavior. In her luggage and purse, she had eight condoms filled with the drug "ICE."

Days later, she discharged more foreign objects with more drugs from her body.

Scully was sentenced earlier this year to 33 months - or just under three years - in jail.
