Man attacked couple after being refused a free private massage

<p>A man is under arrest after attacking two people at an Upper Tumon massage parlor early Friday. 19-year-old Inocenty Nimeisa is charged with two counts of aggravated assault. Court documents state he went to the massage parlor around 4:30 am last Friday wanting a private and free massage. The worker told him to get out, and that's when he allegedly grabbed a flower pot and slammed it into her face. She fell to the ground and yelled for help.
