A man is under arrest after attacking two people at an Upper Tumon massage parlor early Friday. 19-year-old Inocenty Nimeisa is charged with two counts of aggravated assault.

Court documents state he went to the massage parlor around 4:30 am last Friday wanting a private and free massage. The worker told him to get out, and that's when he allegedly grabbed a flower pot and slammed it into her face. She fell to the ground and yelled for help. Her husband showed up to find the suspect apparently choking her. He held the suspect down before the suspect then bit and stabbed him with a broken shard of ceramic. Police showed up before he could get away.
