- 38+ years of Government of Guam service, primarily with the Department of Parks & Recreation, with key experience in recreation administration and management

- a deep background of community service having coached numerous youth and adult sports teams; and developing islandwide sports programs and community activities

- a staunch advocate of persons with disabilities focusing advocacy towards acceptance and inclusion of individuals with disabilities

With my 38+ years of government and community service, I will bring my management knowledge, experience in government procurement and processes, community outreach, and network associations and apply it at the village level. I will work to restore Yona to its full potential, a legacy of history, beauty, hospitality and community pride.
