Two people were arrested in connection to a forgery incident that occurred at the SDA Clinic Monday night. Guam Police Department Spokesperson Liz Flickenger says a man attempted to pick up prescription pills that did not belong to him while at SDA Clinic. Police were alerted and later arrested 27-year-old Derick Baza Hills of Agat. He was arrested on charges of Forgery, Conspiracy and Possession of a Scheduled II Controlled Substance.

Also arrested in connection to the case was 25-year-old Sarah Mae Uche of Tamuning. She was arrested on charges of Conspiracy, Criminal Facilitation, Filing a False Report and Unsworn Falsification.  Both were booked and confined. According to Flickenger the investigation continues.  

Hills ran for Vice-Mayor of Agat several times and ran for Senator under the Democratic Party of Guam in 2014.
