Guam - Guam delegate Madeleine Bordallo took the oath of office today in the nation's capitol this is her 7th term. She also reintroduced HR44, the Guam World War II Loyalty Recognition Act. The congresswoman also hosted a luncheon and swearing-in ceremony for new officers of the Guam Society of America which is the oldest community organization of families from Guam in the United States.  Bordallo says she will continue to focus on issues  that will create jobs, such as continuing progress on the military build-up, extending visa-free travel for Chinese visitors to come to Guam, and addressing Compact-impact.
