Fashion/apparel store taking over California Mart store

Guam - Guam Premier Outlets general manager Monte Mesa confirms with KUAM that California Mart will be moving out of its current location in Tamuning. Mesa says California Mart's lease is up in October after being a tenant for 12 years. They will be relocating nearby where the former Olympia Mart next to Elite Bakery.
As for who will be taking over the property, Mesa would not disclose only saying it will be in apparel and fashion accessories. KUAM has learned that the new tenant will be Forever 21. According to its website, the store is the 5th largest specialty retailer in the US. Mesa says GPO is going after national retailers desired by consumers and on the top five list of stores that customers wants, Forever 21 is among them. The new tenant he says will not open until the first quarter of 2015.
