Guam - Carl Gargarita was sentenced to 15 years, the maximum sentence for manslaughter.  However he will only serve about 10 years because five years of his sentence were suspended.  Gargarita was found not guilty last month for the murder of Anthony Giralao but was found guilty of manslaughter. The two engaged in a fight last year over a woman. As part of his sentence, Superior Court Judge Maria Cenzon ordered Gargarita to write letters of apology to the family.
