Guam - The Governor's office and the Department of Education announce all public schools are open tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 18th.
According to a press release from Adelup, they have received several calls and messages asking whether schools are closed tomorrow. Parents have been asking because of a notice going around social media that schools are closed.

DOE Superintendent Jon Fernandez confirms those notices are a hoax, according to the press release.
