Guam - In federal court, Junior Cruz Reyes is scheduled to be sentenced in December. Earlier this month he entered into a plea agreement with the feds. In November 2012 he along with three other people trespassed onto Navy property in Radio, Barrigada area and stole scrap metal. Specifically they stole an aluminum antenna. They broke the antenna into small pieces, placed them into a duffel bag. They carried it out of the property where another person was waiting for them in a van. The group then sold the aluminum to a recycling facility in Harmon. The antenna was worth more than $51,000. Reyes will be sentenced on December 1.
