Typhoon Watch cancelled for Guam

The Typhoon Watch has been  cancelled for Guam. A Typhoon Warning however remains in effect for Rota and a Tropical Storm Warning is still in effect for Guam

Guam - According to the latest update from the National Weather Service Tropical Storm Halong is moving west and away from Rota. The Tropical Storm Warning is now cancelled for Tinian and Saipan and tropical storm conditions are no longer expected there. The Typhoon Watch is also cancelled for Guam. A Typhoon Warning however remains in effect for Rota and a Tropical Storm Warning is still in effect for Guam. This means tropical storm conditions including damaging winds of 39 miles per hour or more will continue this afternoon.
