Guam - Although he continued to deny he was holding a knife, 27-year-old Melvin Ymballa was arrested and charged with terrorizing just outside the Superior Court of Guam Probation Office. On Friday night Ymballa was seen stabbing at the ground before he walked in a menacing manner towards a marshal who confronted him. After several orders to drop the weapon, the marshal was able to place his hands on the knife where the defendant finally complied and dropped the knife.
