Guam - For the 10th year in a row the Guam Economic Development Authority had no instances of non-compliance in their financial statements. According to an audit released by the Guam Office of Public Accountability for fiscal year 2013 the State Small Business Credit Initiative, the Tobacco Settlement Authority and several trust funds administered by GEDA saw several increases in net position and investment returns as compared to the previous fiscal year.
