Guam - Arguments on a motion for a new trial will be continued on friday afternoon as the matter was continued today. Police Officers David Manila and Anthony Quenga are asking for a new trial after receiving new information. A former worker of the Blue House Lounge came forward and testified on Tuesday providing conflicting information than what was provided during the officers' trial.

The woman, Ivory Warren, testified that sex was not allowed at the Blue House and that owner Song Ja Cha never beat the workers or forced them to live at the establishment. Warren's testimony only came out as Cha's attorney is preparing for her trial set for April.

The defense believes this new information warrants giving the officers a new trial.
