Gebhart gets 16 years for causing child's death

Guam - Christopher Gebhart was sentenced to 16 years behind bars for his role in the death of a toddler. Gebhart pleaded guilty to manslaughter and child abuse admitting to shaking and assaulting a baby forcing her to have seizures and go into a coma.  She later died.

He faced up to 23 years in prison and a $15,000 fine.  He was sentenced to 16 years with credit for time served.
