Guam - Two individuals involved in a conspiracy to distribute more than 300 grams of crystal methamphetamine were sentenced in the District Court of Guam today. 32-year-old Kenneth McClain was sentenced to 9 years in prison, five years supervised release and a $500 fine. 34-year-old Karl Kaai Baker was sentenced to 6.5 years behind bars and five years supervised released. 

The court recommended that both be placed in a drug rehabilitation program in California.  According to news files, in 2011 federal authorities seized mail packages that contained money that was intended to purchase the drug ice as well a substantial amount of crystal meth.
