Special permit for atulai harvesting

Guam - The Department of Agriculture issued a special permit to allow the harvest of atulai within the Achang Reef Flat and Piti Bomb Holes Marine Preserve. The department's special permit is for a period between now and November 23 for cultural educational purposes to ensure traditional fishing practices continue for future generations.
