Guam - A murder suspect is being held behind bars on $100,000 cash bail. Francisco Pedro Reyes was arrested early Saturday morning for allegedly assaulting his brother. Court documents indicate that Reyes got into a verbal argument with his brother, 24-year-old Bernard Pedro Reyes.
Things got physical and Francisco allegedly punched his brother three times, causing him to fall to the ground at the foot of the stairwell. Bernard was unconscious and died.
Francisco was charged with murder and court documents indicate he had pending criminal charges for assaulting Bernard back in August.
