Guam - A man who was sentenced to 20 years behind bars for drug trafficking is appealing his conviction and sentence.  Henry Fresnoza filed a notice of appeal with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals after he received the mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison. 

He was convicted of conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and importing large quantities of the drug to Guam with his sister, Gina Medina, Rodean Villa and others.
