Guam - The Department of Education isn't releasing many details about what was found in a female restroom at George Washington High School this morning. Officials are not confirming if a student may have miscarried in the restroom.

GW assistant principal Darlene Roberto tells KUAM News staff found what appeared to be a blood clot inside the restroom.  Roberto says staff didn't want to speculate what it was and wouldn't say if they thought it was a fetus.  Because they were unsure, they contacted police who took the item to the Medical Examiner's Office for further review.

Medical examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola is expected to conduct a review on Monday.
