Palacios wants cops involved in brothel investigated
by Nick Delgado
Guam - Public safety oversight chairman Senator Adolpho Palacios is urging the Attorney General of Guam to review all information that involved GPD officers at a brothel at the Blue House Karaoke lounge. Palacios writes that only one officer received administrative action at the department level and although several other officers admitted their involvement in the crimes, there was no action taken against them. Palacios requests the AG determine if criminal charges can be pursued against the police officers alleged to have been involved in crimes connected to human trafficking and prostitution. Meantime, the lounge owner Song Ja Cha is scheduled for sentencing on September 20.
