Wai Kam Ho, Jennie Pau plead not guilty

Guam - Wai Kam Ho and Jennie Pau pleaded not guilty to additional charges that were handed down against them in a second superseding indictment. The two, along with Jimmy Hsieh and William Perez, are accused of running illegal gambling operations at the former MGM Spa.
The defendants have already filed motions to dismiss the case as well as to suppress evidence in the case. A hearing is scheduled for September 12.
