Dededo man indicted for concealing facts

Guam - A Dededo man has been indicted by a federal grand jury charged with concealing a material fact from law enforcement.  Joseph Mitchell Casil is accused of concealing the location of a fugitive who authorities were searching for at a Liguan Terrace home last month. 

Casil claimed he didn't know the whereabouts of the wanted person.  But the feds conducted surveillance and caught the fugitive trying to leave the home with Casil several hours later.  Casil is scheduled to answer to the charge on August 7.
