Man pleads guilty to harboring illegals

Guam - Kenneth Kang pleaded not guilty in the District Court today. He is accused of harboring illegal aliens to work at a nightclub in Tumon. Kang faces federal charges for allegedly taking part in a scheme to conceal Korean women who came to Guam with visas and stayed and worked after their visas had expired.

He pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal conspiracy and harboring illegal aliens. Jury selection and trial are set to begin on September 10.
