Guam - Guam's high court has upheld a 20-year sentence and conviction against Dominick Felder. Felder was convicted of second degree criminal sexual conduct.

He was sentenced to 20 years behind bars in February 2011. Felder argued that the trial court erred in imposing the enhanced sentence.

Justices however found that the entire record was sufficient to prevent reversal and the trial court did not abuse its discretion during Felder's sentencing.
