Inmate assaults other prisoner
Convicted murderer Derrick Cruz was charged with assault after he allegedly beat a fellow inmate at the prison's Post 2 Unit.

Guam - Convicted murderer Derrick Cruz was charged with assault after he allegedly beat a fellow inmate at the prison's Post 2 Unit. According to court documents, Cruz left the inmate with multiple bruises and scratches, and is accused of hitting the inmate after visitation for about two weeks.
Cruz denied the allegations. Cruz was placed in the maximum security unit. DepCor is also conducting it's own internal investigation.
