Autopsy ongoing to paddling coach

The chief medical examiner says he needs more time to perform an autopsy on Rick Appleton, as there are no signs that he died as a result of drowning.

Guam - The chief medical examiner says he needs more time to perform an autopsy on Rick Appleton, as there are no signs that he died as a result of drowning. The dive instructor and a paddling coach was pulled from the waters during a dive class on Friday afternoon near Gun Beach in Tumon.

Dr. Aurelio Espinola will continue the autopsy tomorrow. Meantime, mass is being held nightly for Appleton at 7pm at St. Anthony's Church in Tamuning.
