Guam - A group comprised of government, non-profit, private, and military officials are working on the latest community based effort called Blueprint for Service. The program was created for the youth and incorporated with various types of beautification projects.

Kelly Basilia led the group's recent meeting at Government Office and said, "We definitely talked about the Archbishop Flores Memorial, which is one of the biggest projects in IBTF and we usually keep everyone updated on the process and what's needed, and it's a way for reaching out for resources and help from the community instead of just the government."
