Bars closed for serving underage patrons

Guam - While a process review is underway into Operation Dragon, more stats to report as the ABC Board and the Guam Police Department closed six bars for serving to underage patrons.  Six other establishments were found to be non-compliant with the law on serving alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21 and requesting identification. 

Several attorneys, representing bars, are looking into litigation as they believe the board has acted outside of its authority.
