Parents arrested for allowing teens to have sex

Guam – Guam police arrested three parents and their 14 year old children Monday evening, after the adults allegedly allowed the teens to have sexual intercourse in their home. Rofina Pedro Kasa, 48, Kioshym Aiomasa Kaminanga, 44, and Rustina Aisek Kaminanga, 39 were booked and released on charges of child abuse. Police add the teens were also constantly absent from school. The female teenager was charged with beyond control and summoned to appear in family court at a later date, while the male teenager who was initially charged with beyond control was confined at DYA facing additional charges for an outstanding violation of possession of controlled substance and possession of controlled substance in a drug free school zone.
Juvenile investigators caution parents and guardians that it is illegal to allow minor to cohabitate or engage in sexual activity.
